Kahje Shamsedin Mohammad-ibn Mohammad Hafez Shirazi (727-792 Ah.) is one of the greatest delicate poets of Iran and preachers of the world. “Wine” in Islamic Iranian mysticism is an absolute irony of drunkenness, kindness, and the manifestation of right lights. In fact, love, enthusiasm and drunkenness have been likened to wine, while pub has been likened to the realm of kingdom, instinct, and mystic. It is obvious that just mystics and those who are acquainted with mysticism are able to dominate mystical facts, because mysticism is the language of love; love to knowledge is inexpressible. Hafez believes that drinking unity wine makes us overcome rational problems. He suggest it is better to use wisdom against Alast Cup to benefit from God’s kindness. He was the genuine of Ghazal and mysticism. Theorist lost the two worlds in a glance. Arab butler letter singers have made wine description common at the beginning of Islam, especially in Abbasi Era. However, Hafez is considered as one of the most famous masters in composing wine poems and his poems is full of eloquence. The current study is a kind of descriptive-analytical way considering various documents.
