The literature of each period is a reflection of the social conditions and collective emotions of the people of that time. Poets, as conscious artists, reflect the mood of their society in their works by utilizing the element of emotion. The Mongol era is one of the periods that experienced an atmosphere full of darkness, sadness, and insecurity due to profound social and political changes, and this situation had a significant impact on the spirits and poems of the poets of that period. The present study aims to examine the element of emotion and feeling in the poems of the poets of the Mongol era and analyze how the social conditions of this period are reflected in their works. The research method in this essay is descriptive-analytical and based on the study of library sources. The findings show that the poets of this era, influenced by the tense atmosphere of society, reflected the dominant emotions of their era in their poems, including deep sadness, a sense of injustice, sadness caused by oppression, and sometimes resorting to mystical emotions. The results of the research indicate that the predominance of the emotion of sadness and grief in the poems of this period presents a vivid and lasting image of a society in crisis and establishes a deep connection with the lived experience of today's audience.
